We extend our deepest sympathy and sincerest prayers to the families of those who lost and gave their lives during the attack on our nation on September 11. Indeed, we are grieving as our entire nation grieves.

We can never forget the horror and tragic scenes of that day which changed each one of us and the history of this country. This is a time of introspection for each individual and for America - a time for re-prioritizing - a time for evaluating our principles and values - for measuring the depth of our character.

We ask God for His abundant love, grace, healing and restoration. We ask Him to make us a wiser, stronger and better people together and as individuals; to show us how to use each moment we are given; to give us the wisdom to be better parents, more caring neighbors, loyal friends; to give us courage in the face of adversity; to develop in us the character, goodness and righteousness that makes a person and a nation truly great. Above all, we ask that we might honestly know Him in a more personal, real way and what it means to be One Nation Under God.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. John 3:16,17
